About Me

Enterprise Learning & Talent Strategy Leader

I’m an enterprise Learning and Development executive with more than two decades of experience building corporate universities, workforce capability systems, and leadership development strategies for complex, regulated, and mission-driven organizations.

I’ve partnered with CEOs, CHROs, and operational leaders to lead large-scale learning transformations across healthcare, education, and financial services — designing solutions that strengthen performance, reduce risk, and prepare organizations for future growth.

My background includes a degree in Law from Carleton University, along with advanced certifications in project management, instructional design, and process improvement (PMP, CTDP, CSSBB). I’m also completing a Doctor of Business Administration focused on Human Resources and Learning.

I’ve authored several books and speak regularly on workforce readiness, leadership capability, and learning strategy. My focus is simple: helping executive teams build smarter, more resilient organizations.
